【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationdefinesthemassestobeusedwhentestingrescuesystemsandcomponents.1.2Themassesrepresentpersonnelandequipmentthatmaybeattachedtoarescuesystemorcomponents.However,themassesdonotrepresentanyparticulartypeorkindofrescuerorequipment.1.2.1Themasseschosenhavebeenusedinthepastorareincurrentuseintestingofrescuesystemsandcomponents.Limitingtestingtothemasseslistedinthisspecificationallowsmeaningfulcomparisonsbetweenpast,current,andfuturetestresults.1.3Theuserofthisspecificationshalldeterminewhichmass(es)represent(s)thepersonnelandequipmentattachedtothesystemorcomponentundertest.1.4Forthepurposesofthisspecification,massandweightaresynonymouswhentheobject(s)representingthemass(es)areweighedinairanywhereonEarth.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifiesaprotocolthatisusedtoprovidetheconnectionless-modeNetworkservicedescribedinITU-TRec.X.213|ISO/IEC8348andtoperformcertainNetworklayermanagementfunctions.Theprotocolreliesupontheprovisionofanunderlyingconnectionless-modeservicebyrealsubnetworksand/ordatalinks.Theunderlyingconnectionless-modeserviceassumedbytheprotocolmaybeobtainedeitherdirectly,fromaconnectionless-moderealsubnetwork,orindirectly,throughtheoperationofanappropriateSubnetworkDependentConvergenceFunction(SNDCF)orProtocol(SNDCP)overaconnection-moderealsubnetwork,asdescribedinISO/IEC8648.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifiestheoperationoftheprotocolwithrespecttoauniform,abstract"underlyingsubnetworkservice".OtherRecommendations|InternationalStandardsspecifythewayinwhichthis"underlyingsubnetworkservice"isobtainedfromrealsubnetworks,suchasthosewhichconformtoISO/IEC8802orISO/IEC8208.The"underlyingsubnetworkservice"maybeobtainedfromrealsubnetworksotherthanthosethatarespecificallycoveredbytheotherRecommendations|InternationalStandards.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifies:a)proceduresfortheconnectionlesstransmissionofdataandcontrolinformationfromoneNetworkentitytooneormorepeerNetworkentities;b)theencodingoftheProtocolDataUnits(PDUs)usedforthetransmissionofdataandcontrolinformation,comprisingavariable-lengthprotocolheaderformat;c)proceduresforthecorrectinterpretationofprotocolcontrolinformation;andd)thefunctionalrequirementsforimplementationsclaimingconformancetothisRecommendation|InternationalStandard.Theproceduresaredefinedintermsof:a)theinteractionsamongpeerNetworkentitiesthroughtheexchangeofprotocoldataunits;b)theinteractionsbetweenaNetworkentityandaNetworkserviceuserthroughtheexchangeofNetworkserviceprimitives;andc)theinteractionsbetweenaNetworkentityandanabstractunderlyingserviceproviderthroughtheexchangeofserviceprimitives.ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardalsoprovidesthePICSproformaforthisprotocol,incompliancewiththerelevantrequirements,andinaccordancewiththerelevantguidance,giveninITU-TRec.X.290|ISO/IEC9646-1.
