【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiessignallinginterworkingbetween"QSIG"and"H.323"insupportofcalldiversionsupplementaryserviceswithinaCorporatetelecommunicationNetwork(CN)."QSIG"isasignallingprotocolthatoperatesattheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedServiceseXchanges(PINX)withinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.APISNprovidescircuit-switchedbasicservicesandsupplementaryservicestoitsusers.QSIGisspecifiedinotherStandards,inparticularISO/IEC11572(callcontrolinsupportofbasicservices),ISO/IEC11582(genericfunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservices)andanumberofstandardsspecifyingindividualsupplementaryservices.ISO/IEC13873specifiestheQSIGprotocolinsupportofcalldiversionservices."H.323"isasetofsignallingprotocolsforthesupportofvoiceormultimediacommunicationwithinapacketnetwork,inparticularapacketnetworkthatusestheInternetProtocol(IP)asitsnetworklayerprotocol(IPnetwork).H.323signallingprotocolsoperatebetweenendpointsinanIPnetwork,eitherindirectlyviaoneormoregatekeepers,ordirectly.Anendpointcanbeaterminaloragatewaytoanothernetwork.H.323isan"umbrella"recommendationreferringtovariousITU-Trecommendations,inparticularRecommendationsH.225.0andH.245(basiccommunicationcapabilities)andRecommendationH.450.1(genericfunctionalprotocolforthesupportofsupplementaryservices).RecommendationH.450.3specifiestheH.323protocolinsupportofcalldiversionservices.NOTE-H.450.3appliesonlytothe1998versionofH.323(alsoknownasH.323version2)andtolaterversions.InbothISO/IEC13873(QSIG)andITU-RecommendationH.450.3(H.323),thecalldiversionsupplementaryservicesareCallForwardingUnconditional(SS-CFU),CallForwardingBusy(SS-CFB),CallForwardingNoReply(SS-CFNR)andCallDeflection(SS-CD).Thesesupplementaryservicesapplyduringcallestablishmentandprovidediversionofanincomingcalltoanotherdestination.InterworkingbetweenQSIGandH.323permitsacalloriginatingatauserofaPISNtoterminateatauserofanIPnetwork,oracalloriginatingatauserofanIPnetworktoterminateatauserofaPISN.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesthefollowingadditionalcapabilities:·acalloriginatingfromaPISNanddestinedforauserofanH.323networktobedivertedbytheH.323networktoanalternativedestination;·acalloriginatingfromanH.323networkanddestinedforauserofaPISNtobedivertedbythePISNtoanalternativedestination;·acalldestinedforauserofaPISNtobedivertedtoanalternativedestinationwherethatalternativedestinationisinanH.323network;·acalldestinedforauserofanH.323networktobedivertedtoanalternativedestinationwherethatalternativedestinationisinaPISN.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoanyinterworkingunitthatcanactasagatewaybetweenaPISNemployingQSIGandanIPnetworkemployingH.323.
