【摘要】:ISO13503-3:2005coversthephysicalproperties,potentialcontaminantsandtestproceduresforheavybrinefluidsmanufacturedforuseinoilandgaswelldrilling,completionandworkoverfluids.ISO13503-3:2005providesmethodsforassessingtheperformanceandphysicalcharacteristicsofheavybrinesforuseinfieldoperations.Itincludesproceduresforevaluatingthedensityorspecificgravity,theclarityoramountofparticulatemattercarriedinthebrine,thecrystallizationpointorthetemperature(bothambientandunderpressure)atwhichthebrinesmakethetransitionbetweenliquidandsolid,thepH,andironcontamination.Italsocontainsadiscussionofgashydrateformationandmitigation,brineviscosity,corrosiontesting,bufferingcapacityandastandardisedreportingform.ISO13503-3:2005isintendedfortheuseofmanufacturers,servicecompaniesandend-usersofheavybrines.

【摘要】:1.1Thesetestsareintendedtodeterminethefireresistanceofgreaseductenclosureassemblies.Theserequirementslimitthecombustibility,thesurfaceflammability,andthesmokegenerationpotentialofthecoveringsusedtoenclosethegreaseduct.Inaddition,theserequirementsevaluatetheeffectivenessofthecombinationofthegreaseductandtheenclosureasafireratedenclosuresystemandthroughpenetrationfirestopsystem,aswellastheenclosure''seffectonthegreaseduct.1.2Thefireenduranceratingsforgreaseductenclosureassembliesareintendedtoregisterperformanceduringtheperiodoffireexposureandarenotintendedtobeinterpretedashavingdeterminedtheacceptabilityofthegreaseductassemblyforusebeforeorafterfireexposure.Theintentofthesemethodsistodevelopdatatoassistothersindeterminingthesuitabilityofthegreaseductassemblywherefireresistanceisrequired.1.3Theserequirementsareintendedtoevaluatetheabilityofgreaseductenclosureassembliesspecifiedin1.1tocontainaninternalfireorrepelanexternalfireduringpredeterminedtestexposures.Thetestevaluatesthegreaseductassembly'sresistancetofire,heat,andtoahosestream.1.4RequirementscoveringtheconstructionandperformancerequirementsofproprietarygreaseductsarecontainedintheStandardforGreaseDucts,UL1978.Allducts,bothproprietaryandnon-proprietary,shallcomplywithinstallationrequirementsoftheStandardforVentilationControlandFireProtectionofCommercialCookingOperations,NFPA96,andtheInternationalMechanicalCode.1.5Undertheserequirementsagreaseductenclosureassemblyissubjectedtostandardinternalandexternalfireexposurescontrolledtoachievespecifiedtemperaturesthroughoutaspecifiedtimeperiod.1.6Duringtheinternalfireexposure,oneoftwoinstallationconditionmethodsistobeselectedtomeasuretemperaturesnearoronthesurfaceofthegreaseductenclosurematerialawayfromthegreaseduct.Onemethodoftemperaturemeasurementisintendedforallinstallationsexceptforinstallationswithinnon-ventilatedcombustibleenclosures.Thesecondmethodoftemperaturemeasurementisintendedforinstallationswithinnon-ventilatedcombustibleenclosures.1.7Theseexposuresbythemselvesarenotintendedtoberepresentativeofallfireconditions;conditionsvarywithchangesintheamount,nature,anddistributionoffireloading,ventilation,compartmentsizeandconfiguration,andheatsinkcharacteristicsofthecompartment.1.8Theserequirementscoverthemeasurementofthetransmissionofheatthroughthegreaseductassemblyandthepassageofheatandgaseshotenoughtoignitecottonwaste.1.9Theserequirementsprovidearelativemeasureoffireperformanceunderthesespecifiedfireexposureconditions.Anyvariationfromtheconstructionorconditionsthataretested,suchasmethodofassemblyandmaterials,isnotwithinthescopeofthistestmethod.1.10Theresultsofthesetestsrepresentonefactorinassessingfireperformanceofgreaseductassemblies.Theserequirementsprescribestandardfireexposuresforassessingtheperformanceofgreaseductassemblies.Applicationofthesetestresultstopredicttheperformanceofactualbuildingconstructionrequirescarefulevaluationoftestdata.
