【摘要】:Thistestmethodisdesignedtomeasureandcomparethermalpropertiesofmaterialsundercontrolledconditionsandtheirabilitytomaintainrequiredthermalconductancelevels.1.1Thistestmethodcoversasteady-statetechniqueforthedeterminationofthethermalconductivityofcarbonmaterialsinthicknessesoflessthan25mm.Thetestmethodisusefulforhomogeneousmaterialshavingathermalconductivityintheapproximaterange130W/(mK),(thermalresistanceintherangefrom10to400104m2K/W)overtheapproximatetemperaturerangefrom150to600K.Itcanbeusedoutsidetheserangeswithreducedaccuracyforthickerspecimensandforthermalconductivityvaluesupto60W/(mK).Note18212;Itisnotrecommendedtotestgraphitecathodematerialsusingthistestmethod.Graphitesusuallyhaveaverylowthermalresistance,andtheinterfacesbetweenthesampletobetestedandtheinstrumentbecomemoresignificantthanthesampleitself.1.2ThistestmethodissimilarinconcepttoTestMethodsE1530andC518.Significantattentionhasbeenpaidtoensurethatthethermalresistanceofcontactingsurfacesisminimizedandreproducible.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsareregardedasstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
